Refund & Support Policy

This policy explains refunds, billing disputes, and support commitments for NexSent email and WhatsApp services.

Refund Rules

  • Subscription charges are billed in advance based on your selected plan.
  • You may cancel renewal at any time from your account billing settings.
  • Already-consumed usage charges are non-refundable.
  • If duplicate billing happens, contact support within 7 days for correction.
  • Verified technical service outages may be eligible for service credits.
  • Abuse, policy violations, or suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.

Meta and Messaging Compliance

Refund requests do not override messaging policy requirements. WhatsApp and email sending must follow opt-in, template approval, and anti-spam compliance controls. Accounts restricted by policy violations may be suspended and are not eligible for refunds.
