NexSent was built because too many marketing platforms focus on features while messages quietly go undelivered. We decided to do it differently.

Our Story

We started NexSent after years of watching businesses struggle with email deliverability. They'd craft beautiful campaigns, write compelling copy, build engaged lists — and then watch their emails disappear into spam folders.

The problem wasn't their content. It was their infrastructure. Missing DKIM records, cold IP addresses, poor bounce handling, and no visibility into what was actually happening after they hit "send."

NexSent addresses this from the ground up. We built domain authentication into the setup flow, added automatic IP warmup schedules, implemented real-time bounce processing, and created analytics that show you exactly where your emails are landing.

Everything else — the template builder, automation engine, segmentation, forms, landing pages — is built on top of that foundation. Because the best email template in the world is worthless if it never reaches the inbox.

In 2026, we expanded NexSent to include WhatsApp marketing — giving businesses a true multi-channel platform. With WhatsApp Business API integration, broadcast campaigns, chatbot automation, and template management, you can now reach customers on the channel they prefer.
