Data deletion instructions
How to request deletion of personal data held by NexSent Technology ("NexSent"), including data obtained when you use Facebook Login, WhatsApp Business connections, or our platform in general.
For Meta (Facebook / WhatsApp) developers
This URL satisfies Meta's requirement to provide User Data Deletion instructions for apps that use Facebook Login or the WhatsApp Business Platform. Users may request deletion here; we honour requests in line with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Fastest way to request deletion
Email our privacy team. We typically confirm receipt within a few business days and complete or update you on timelines within 30 days (or sooner where possible), consistent with GDPR-style expectations for everyday requests.

What this covers
- Your NexSent account profile and workspace settings that identify you.
- Subscriber / contact data you store in NexSent as a customer (subject to your role as controller vs NexSent as processor — we assist as required by contract and law).
- Data received via Facebook Login for connecting your NexSent account (subject to token and integration teardown).
- Metadata and credentials related to your WhatsApp Business / Meta connection through NexSent, where stored on our systems.
Deleting data in NexSent does not automatically delete your Meta Business assets (for example your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta). You may manage those directly in Meta Business Suite.
How it works
Send a request from your registered email
We can only process deletion for the person who controls the account, or with legal proof of authority. Use the same email you use to log in to NexSent when possible.
Include these details (helps us verify faster)
Your full name, the email address associated with your NexSent account, and (if applicable) your organisation / workspace name. If you connected Facebook or WhatsApp, mention that so we can remove linked integration metadata.
What we delete
We delete or anonymise personal data tied to your account where no longer retention is required by law — including profile information, contact lists you uploaded, campaign content that identifies individuals (where feasible), integration tokens for Meta/WhatsApp for your workspace, and related logs within our stated retention periods.
What may be retained (limited)
We may retain minimal records where the law requires (for example billing/tax records, fraud-prevention artefacts, or aggregated statistics that cannot identify you). We document this in our Privacy Policy.
Response time
We acknowledge requests promptly where possible. Complex requests (large workspaces, legal holds, or processor coordination) may take longer; we will explain any delay.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or object to processing. See our Privacy Policy — Your Rights.
